My Invoice Application on eCommerce available for all ONE Europe and Africa countries

We are pleased to announce that the “My Invoice” application on eCommerce is now available for all countries in Europe and Africa.


The application function enables customers to extract original/ copy freight and miscellaneous invoices issued by a ONE office. 


The application can be accessed through the eCommerce site after log in: https://ecomm.one-line.com/ecom/CUP_HOM_3000.do


The application successfully launched in February 2020 and has now been extended to include:
Algeria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Benin, Botswana, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Latvia, Lebanon, Lesotho, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malawi, Mali, Malta, Mauritius, Republic of Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Romania, Russian Federation, Senegal, Serbia, Slovenia, United Republic of Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine and Zimbabwe.


It is also possible to receive a notification of invoice availability by subscribing to the e-subscription function within eCommerce.

Please note that Demurrage and Detention invoices are currently not available.
