CHANGE OF DESTINATION

This Change of Destination Form is only for Import and Export shipments to and from Europe / Africa.

Change of Destination is a top priority and will be sent overseas the same day for applicable charges/approval. Any request received on the weekend or during an observed holiday will be sent on the next business day.

Export & Import:

The carrier must receive written requests no later than 72 business hours prior to the vessel's arrival at the earliest of the following ports: the destination interchange port, the port of discharge as specified on the Bill of Lading, or the port to which the vessel has been diverted. Please note, if any additional charges are incurred as a result of this request, ONE will contact the applicant to approve any such additional charges prior to COD being finalized.

The carrier will make reasonable efforts to execute the request, but is not liable if the service is operationally impractical or unavailable.
