CHANGE OF DESTINATION

This Change of Destination Form is only for Import and Export shipments to and from Europe / Africa.

Change of Destination is a top priority and will be sent overseas the same day for applicable charges/approval. Any request received on the weekend or during an observed holiday will be sent on the next business day.

Export & Import:

Requests must be received in writing by the carrier 72 hours (working days), prior to the arrival of the vessel at Port of Discharge on the Bill of Lading. Please note, if any additional charges are incurred as a result of this request, ONE will contact the applicant to approve any such additional charges prior to COD being finalised.
