Dangerous Goods Documents

For each booking placed with ONE containing Dangerous Cargo (as per IMDG), the required documentation has to be provided.

A preliminary DGD containing all DG details of the placed booking. Acceptance of the booking is subject to Vessel Operator approval. All changes after approval will need to be reviewed and are again subject to approval.

A final DGD in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 5.4.1. of the IMDG Code. The certification shall be signed and dated by the consignor. It should also always include the packer Signature and reflect the container number, sealnumber. Without the final DGD, ONE is unable to load the container on board of the vessel.

DGD Closing: The final DGD needs to be in possession of the carrier at least 2 WORKING DAYS PRIOR to Vessel Arrival, latest 1200 AM same day (Subject to Vessel changes).

Shipper's Owned Documents

For each booking placed with ONE where customer uses their own container (Shipper's Owned) the required documentation has to be provided.

SOC Closing: The CSC declaration and or Tank Certificate needs to be in possession of the carrier at least 2 WORKING DAYS PRIOR to Vessel Arrival, latest 0900 AM same day (Subject to Vessel changes).
