Africa Trade - SRX Service Update – Santa Barbara and Santa Ursula v. 211N/212S

We regret to advise, the crew onboard M/V Santa Barbara v. 211N/212S tested positive for COVID-19, with the vessel currently positioned at Bremerhaven. As soon as the vessel is released by the German authorities and deemed seaworthy, we will be able to provide further information on her onward schedule.  

Our thoughts are with the crew at this difficult time and we wish all concerned a full and speedy recovery. In order to recover the schedule, the M/V Santa Ursula v. 212S will swap positions with the M/V Santa Barbara v. 212S in Europe, with the following contingencies in place:

Santa Ursula 212S:

1.    Omit Algeciras TTI call. All cargo booked for export to South Africa will be loaded to the M/V Santa Barbara 212S, ETA to be confirmed.
2.    Omit Cape Town 1 southbound call. Cape Town destined cargo will be discharged on the northbound call, ETA 17 June 2021
