Further to our Customer Advisory dated December 23, 2020, we would like to inform you that the discharging operations of the remaining containers have been proceeding steadily. Since the first day of container discharging at Kobe, a total of 126 boxes have been safely discharged as of December 29, 2020.

We are glad to inform, with a jointly effort among all parties, Tianjin/Xinggang terminal is back to
normal operation.

Further to our Customer Advisory dated December 11, 2020, we would like to inform
you that the discharging operations of the remaining containers have been proceeding
steadily and 50 units have been safely discharged as of December 22.

Considering the recent COVID-19 cases are found in Dalian, unforeseen delayed can be expected
due to the needful inspections and disinfection requirements for reefers imports to Dalian. Equipment
is globally tight, and turnover will be subsequently prolonged with the action taken.

The members of THE Alliance have adjusted their current network to offer customers greater capacity on trade lanes for which there is greater demand.
