The appointment commencing operations from the 1st August 2025 ensures full compliance with the local decree in Benin while maintaining the seamless service you have come to expect from ONE.

Key Highlights of This Transition:

• Continued Partnership: R-Logistic Benin S.A. will remain our primary contract party in Benin. MSB is a related entity, sharing a common shareholder with R-Logistic Benin S.A., established specifically to comply with the new regulatory framework.
• No Change in Key Personnel: The dedicated ONE team, which you are familiar with, will be transferred to MSB and will continue to manage all aspects of ONE's business and your shipments.
• Consistent Contact Information: All established communication channels, including email addresses and phone numbers, will remain unchanged. The sub-agency's office location will also be the same as those of R-Logistic Benin S.A.
