I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all very much for your continued support over the past 12 months.

As we enter 2025, we reflect on a year of navigating challenges, including geopolitical instability, inflation, and supply chain fluctuations. While the Red Sea and Suez Canal remain areas of focus, we're encouraged by the recovery of the Panama Canal following the 2023 drought.

At ONE, during the past year, we have remained dedicated to sustainability, enhancing customer service, investing in our employees, and supporting our local communities.

Key Highlights of 2024:

• Sustainability: Invested in 12 methanol dual-fuel ships, launched ONE LEAF+ for customer emissions reduction, and fostered greener transport through biofuels and electric vehicles.
• Customer Digitalisation: Introduced ONE Quick Booking, the Rate & Tariff feature on the ONE Mobile App, and launched Container+ for enhanced reefer monitoring.
• Expansion: Expanded our reach with the launch of Ocean Network Express Morocco.
• Community Impact: Supported communities through the ONE Terminal Run - Poland, WaterAid, the sponsorship of a hybrid passenger e-ferry in Hamburg amongst many other initiatives.

Looking Ahead to 2025:  

We are excited for a year of growth, as we strengthen our service offerings across the Transatlantic, Transpacific, Asia- Europe and Asia - Middle East. 

We are also investing in our Intra-Europe services to give our customers in Europe and Africa even more options and flexibility. In January we will launch two new weekly services connecting North Europe with the Mediterranean and Levant regions and have made some excellent upgrades to many of our other short sea services to better suit our customers’ needs. 

Operationally, we are monitoring the situation in the Red Sea. With the safety of crew, cargo and vessels in the forefront of our mind, we will continue to route round the Cape of Good Hope and provide extra loaders to alleviate pressures when necessary. 

In 2025, protecting our planet remains a top priority. We're committed to reducing emissions by 40% by 2030 through the increased use of alternative green fuels. And, we will continue to support our local communities through activities and fundraising. 

I am excited about the possibilities that 2025 holds! I'm passionate about delivering reliable services while ensuring a sustainable future for generations to come
