Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

As the year draws to a close, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for your continued support throughout the past 12 months.
 
Reflecting on 2025, it has been a year marked by shifting market conditions, due to the dynamic changes to global fiscal and trade policies, and continued geopolitical strains.  Here at Ocean Network Express (Europe) Ltd, these changing conditions have created some interesting challenges, all of which have only strengthened our teamwork and dedication to enhance our product offerings, and strengthen our partnerships.  Some of our highlights for 2025 have been:

• Sustainability: Advancing our decarbonisation roadmap by strengthening our inland services through greater use of rail and other low-emission transport options. We have also supported customers with improved tools for emissions visibility.
• Network & Service Expansion: We expanded our global presence with the opening of a new ONE office in Greece, and offices in Libya and Albania.
• Community Engagement: We continued to support global and local charities, sustainability initiatives, and employee volunteer efforts, reinforcing our commitment to the communities in which we operate.

Looking Ahead to 2026:

We enter 2026 with optimism, determination, and a clear focus on growth. We will continue to refine and expand our service offerings across all major trade lanes, ensuring our customers benefit from greater choice, improved connectivity, and enhanced supply chain resilience. As part of this effort, we will introduce an updated East–West service network covering the key trade lanes of Asia–North America, Asia–Europe, and Asia–Middle East. This enhanced network is scheduled to take effect from April 2026.

Operationally, we remain vigilant in monitoring global maritime conditions to safeguard our crew, vessels and cargo. Our unwavering commitment to safe navigation and reliable service delivery will continue to guide our decision-making.

Our sustainability journey remains central to our long-term strategy. In 2026, we will take further steps toward achieving our emission-reduction targets through the adoption of greener fuels, technological innovation, and collaborative sustainability programs with our partners and customers.

As we look to the year ahead, I am truly excited about the opportunities before us. Together, we will continue to advance reliable, responsible, and innovative shipping solutions for a more sustainable future.
