Import Container Release Process – Port of Antwerp

Dear valued ONE customer,

The Port of Antwerp is replacing their current pin code process with a digital process for the
release of containers. Certified Pick up (CPu) will be mandatory from the 15 th of January 2024 for all terminals in Antwerp.

Safer, more transparent, and more efficient, by registering on the CPu platform, all parties in the import chain can see the status of the container at any time.

A container will only be available for collection when it has a digital right of pick-up and the identity verification of the transport operator picking up the container has been confirmed.
