Important updates to our Port Status Reports

Dear Valued ONE Customer,

We are writing to inform you of some important changes to our recently announced Port Status Report. These updates have been made to ensure the report provides clearer and more accurate information.

Summary of Changes

Due to feedback regarding a misleading title and scope, we have made the following adjustments.

1. Report Title Change

The previous title, "Port Status Report" was misleading about the content provided.
To better reflect the report's purpose, it has been renamed to:
Vessel Schedule Status Report

2. Revised Geographic Scope

The report will now focus exclusively on our European operations. It will no longer include information for African ports as was previously indicated.

3. New Waiting Time Calculation

The previous report indicated the calculation logic of ships’ waiting times at berth.
The calculation logic does show the delay between a ship’s estimated or actual departure from its previous port and the estimated arrival at the berth of its next port call.

Delays can be caused by various factors, including bad weather, incidents at sea, a missed pre-scheduled berthing slot, and/or congestion at the arrival port or terminal.

We believe these changes will provide you with a more accurate and useful tool for managing your logistics.

The Vessel Schedule Status Report is available at https://eua.one-line.com/vessel-schedule-status-report-europe under the Europe and
Africa tab and will be updated weekly.

If you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact your customer service representative.

Yours faithfully,
Ocean Network Express (Europe) Ltd.
