Intra Europe Trade Ibesco - Service Delays - Storm ''Ciara''

Due to storm Ciara IBESCO vessels are heavily delayed. 
Terminal operations have been adversely impacted over the last several days affecting the service schedule:

M/v West Janine - Currently delayed by 130 hrs. 
M/v Perseus - Currently delayed by 85 hrs. 
M/v Elbsailor - Currently delayed by 110 hrs. / Vls; ETD RTM 17/02; ETA AAR 19/02; ETA GOT 20/02; ETA ANR 23/02 PHASE OUT.
Replacement vessel, M/v Wes Gesa PHASE IN ETA RTM 23/02 to proceed to Portugal. 

Many ports are still seriously congested. Presently, waiting time for berth in RTM is several days.
