Low Water Surcharge – River Rhine
Dear Valued ONE Customer,
Due to the decreasing water levels we are facing on the River Rhine at Pegel Kaub and Pegel Ruhrort, our barge operators are implementing a Low Water Surcharge (LWS) based on the water level applicable in the below mentioned tariff table. Please be advised that Ocean Network Express has no other option than to charge these costs to the cargo parties involved. For barge transports routed via the inland terminals located in: Duisburg, Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Emmerich, Neuss, Koln, Bonn and Trier.
