New Country Manager - Ocean Network Express Ireland

Dear valued ONE customer,

Please be advised of an important leadership change within Ocean Network Express (Europe) Ltd. Ireland Branch. Effective 1st June 2025, Mr David Feehan will assume the role of Country Manager, succeeding Mr Fer Penders.

David began working with ONE in 2018, first working as Operations and Customer Service Manager for United Liner Agency, ONE’s third-party agent for Ireland and transferring to ONE - Ireland Branch at its launch in 2023 as Head of Customer Services and Operations. David has a wealth of experience gained from working at different freight forwarders and carriers after beginning his career in 1995.

Since the launch of ONE’s Ireland office 2 years ago, David, together with incumbent Country Head Fer Penders helped establish and rapidly grow ONE’s market presence in Ireland, strengthening Sales and expanding the customer base.

We thank Fer for his dedication and commitment to launching ONE in Ireland and wish him well with his next assignment. Our commitment to you, our valued customers and partners, remains our top priority. We assure you that this transition will be seamless, and that our teams in ONE Ireland will continue to provide the high level of service and support you have come to expect from us under David’s Stewardship.
