At ONE we continuously strive to enhance our customers’ experience and make your service interactions smoother and more efficient. Our commitment is to empower you with the insights to make informed decisions and optimize your logistics. 

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Port Status Report, a dedicated resource designed to keep you informed about the operational status of ports in Europe and Africa (excludes East Africa). While port conditions are dynamic and often beyond our control, this comprehensive report is designed to give you clear insights into the current berth waiting times, helping you make informed decisions about your cargo. It includes critical information such as: 

● Port: Port name 

● Port Comments: Details regarding individual port situations or congestion, if available.
 
● Terminal: Terminal name 

● Calling Services: Names of ONE’s services calling at the terminal. 

● Service & Vessel: Identification of the specific service and vessel name with estimated delay. 

The Port Status report is available at https://eua.one-line.com/port-status-report under the Europe and Africa tab and will be updated weekly.
