SRX Service – M/V MOL Proficiency V. 223N – Update No.2
Dear Valued Customer,
We regret to inform you that the repair of our M/V MOL Proficiency will take longer than originally anticipated. As a result of this development the Rotterdam and London Gateway ETA’s advised earlier, 30th September and 2nd October respectively, we will no longer be able to deliver on.
In the interest of the cargo, we have decided to discharge the M/V MOL Proficiency V.223N in full at Algeciras APMT terminal from where the cargo will be transhipped on alternative vessels which will discharge the cargo in the intended POD’s.
As the cargo will be shipped ex Algeciras to North Europe on multiple vessels the arrival time will vary depending on the vessel that will carry the cargo. Our Customer Service teams will inform you once the details are known.
We fully understand the challenges this situation creates for you, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding in this regard.
