SRX service update – M/V Santa Isabel and Santa Rosa v. 203A/B
As a result of ongoing reduced productivity linked to Covid-19 and the lack of stevedores in the Cape Town Container Terminal (CTCT), M/V Santa Isabel v.202B sailed South Africa 16 days behind her proforma schedule. As a result, she will coincide with M/V Santa Rosa v.202B/203A in Europe. To counter this situation the following contingencies have been implemented:
M/V Santa Isabel 202B/203A:
1. Omit Algeciras northbound call. Algeciras destined cargo will be discharged on the southbound call.
2. Call London Gateway prior to Rotterdam.
3. Combined Rotterdam import/export calls.
4. Omit Bremerhaven. Bremerhaven imports will be discharged in London Gateway to connect with M/V Santa Rosa, ETA 8 July 2020. Export cargo will be loaded on M/V Santa Rosa v.203A.
5. After calling Algeciras, the vessel will sail directly to Durban, omitting both Cape Town and Coega calls to maintain schedule position. Cape Town and Coega imports will be loaded on M/V Santa Rosa v 203A.
