Dear Valued ONE Customer,

Please be advised due to ongoing operational delays in South Africa, M/V Santa Isabel
v.234S/235N will omit her Cape Town call and call Port Elizabeth [PECT] instead to cover
refrigerated cargo demand on 18th January 2024.

Cape Town import cargo will be discharged in Durban and connect to M/V Santa Rita
v235S.

Cargo originally planned for M/V Santa Isabel v.235N in Cape Town will be transferred to
M/V Santa Rita v.235N.
