SRX Service Update – M/V Santa Isabel v.252N/253S

Dear Valued ONE Customer,

Due to berth planning challenges at the Rotterdam terminal a solution has been worked
out whereby the M/V Santa Isabel v.252N/253S will perform a double call at Rotterdam but
whereby importantly there should be no negative consequences not for the Rotterdam
import nor the Rotterdam export cargo.

As a result of the above change the M/V Santa Isabel v.252N has now ETA Rotterdam 4 th
August 2025 (original ETA 5 th August) during which call the import cargo will be
discharged. On 8 th August 2025 the vessel will return to Rotterdam to load the export
cargo. Below you can find the revised schedule of the M/V Santa Isabel v.252N/253S.
