TPT OPERATIONS STABILIZATION LEVY RE-INTRODUCTION

Dear Valued ONE Customer,

Further to our previous advisory, dated 10th of October 2022, TPT has re-introduced
the Operations Stabilization Levy of ZAR110 per container from 01 November 2022
to 31 March 2023. To summarize a few important points again:

1. The levy of R110 will be levied against all container imports, exports, and
transshipments handled at the Container and the Multi-Purpose Terminals.

2. The “Operations Stabilization Levy” will be added to the “Fuel Neutrality
Charge” to create one combined levy. The combined levy will be raised as a
separate line-item charge over and above the current Terminal Handling
 Charges (THC).

3. The charge from 1 November 2022 will be made up as follows:
 Current fuel neutrality: R38**
 + Operations Stabilization Levy: R110
= Total Levy (above THC): R148

**Note that the fuel neutrality is variable and subject to change and any
increase or decrease will be communicated.

4. There will be no differentiation for size (TEU/FEU) or type (GP, reefer etc.)
 of container.

We appreciate your understanding and ongoing support during this time.

Kind Regards,
Marketing Team
