Trans-Atlantic Service – Vessel delay (AL4)

The main engine repairs for the E.R. Seoul were completed on February 8th, 2020. The vessel sailed from the layby berth on February 14th as scheduled.

During her passage through the Antwerp locks, one line of the tugboats broke loose and the vessel made contact with the locks.

Therefore, the vessel returned to the layby berth for repairs and will be off service for approximately 1-2 weeks.

Appropriate recovery measures are currently under review and any updates on future developments will be published.
