Transatlantic Trade AL5 service - Rotterdam solutions

Dear Valued ONE customers,

Due to operational constraints our AL5 service will not call at Rotterdam. For your cargo
planning, here are the alternative solutions for your export cargoes to North America which
are applicable with immediate effect and until further notice.

Option-1: Direct local loading in Antwerp
Option-2: Load in Rotterdam via Antwerp using common Barge service. An arbitrary
charge of US$ 230/20’ft dry, US$ 280/40’ft dry will be applied. Please note that Barge
services are facing significant operational delays for the time being.
