Dear valued ONE customer,

Following the series of devastating earthquakes in Gaziantep, Türkiye last week, we regret
to advise that due to the severe damage to the port infrastructure in Iskenderun, an
agreement has been made among the partner lines to suspend the Iskenderun port call
until the first week of March 2023.
