I joined ONE as Inside Sales in January 2018 when we were preparing ourselves for the launch in April 2018. At that time, we were in a very small room crowded with people and to put it mildly the volume levels were loud. I look back at this time with a smile on my face. We created a strong dedicated team very fast and personally for me it was a very worthwhile and challenging time, which inspired me a lot.
In November 2019 I was promoted to my current role in Outside Sales. I must admit I thought the transition to Outside Sales would be easy as I already had my own little customer base from Inside Sales, but it was harder than expected. Lucky for me I had and still have very supportive and experienced colleagues who gave me a lot of advice along the way, which I am truly grateful for.
ONE is a high pace global company where one day is not like the other. ONE allows you to grow as an individual and is keen to develop and take care of their employees.
We try to be innovative in what we do, it does not matter if you are a trainee or a manager, all staff are welcome to discuss new ideas and try them out with full support from management.
I would definitely recommend ONE as a place to work. You will enjoy your time here if you like challenges, quick decisions and of course enjoy being part of a team working for a common goal that has fun along the way.
Looking back at the last year with the pandemic I am proud to be part of a team who have all pushed themselves to the max during this period. We went from working in the office to working from home more or less in a day, but we have still been able to deliver a high level of customer service and keep our team together, which is impressive.
