Currently I work as a Deputy Manager in EUA Container Flow at Central Service Unit, leading a team of 8 high-profile specialists. What I enjoy in ONE is the fresh and modern approach: providing convenient solutions for customers trying to make the difference in the market, but most of all focusing on our people, their work environment, feelings, needs and personal development. A lot of people I am dealing with are always willing to think outside of the box in order to find a solution or best practice, even if it’s completely different from the past way of doing things. This makes me feel we are continuously moving forward as a Company.

Last year was definitely a special one – not only did we have to adjust to working from home but due to the pandemic there were bottlenecks in inventory turn around and lean stock management became more important than ever. Despite our lives being turned upside down, I think we did great in adapting and trying to maintain as much normality as possible. Despite all the time saved on commuting, after 15 months of working from home, I am looking forward to the good, old-fashioned way of working in the office.
