Ocean Network Express Live Chat service in Czech Republic, Poland and Germany will be available from the 2nd June on our local Europe and Africa website for shipments that are controlled by Czech Republic, Poland and Germany. This is in addition to The Netherlands, which has been available since last year.
We offer several options via our Live Chat service for specific queries regarding export bookings, documentation and imports.
Customers can start chatting with our agents based on the options they have selected to receive quick responses.
